This privacy policy describes how Pitbull Interactive LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in the Zen Reversi application (the “App”) for iPhone. By using Zen Reversi, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Zen Reversi has no servers, sends no data off your device, and does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Preferences stored locally — The App saves your settings on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This includes your chosen display name, selected theme, difficulty, opponent (computer or a friend), disc colour, who moves first, rule set, and your sound, haptics, and motion preferences. This information stays on your device and is used only to run the game and remember your choices.

Your name — The name you enter is stored on your device only, to display during play. It is never transmitted, collected, or shared. You can change or clear it any time in Settings.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your email address, phone number, or physical address
• We do not collect or transmit your name off your device
• We do not collect your location
• We do not access your camera, microphone, photos, or contacts
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or any tracking
• We do not serve advertisements or work with advertising networks
• We do not require an account or sign-in
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties

3. How Your Information Is Used

• Run the game — play against the computer or a friend on your device
• Remember your choices — keep your theme, difficulty, name, and other preferences between sessions

4. Third-Party Services

Zen Reversi does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store; your download and any interactions with the App Store are handled by Apple under their privacy policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

All of your preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Because the App does not transmit any data, there is nothing sent over the internet to intercept or store elsewhere.

6. Data Retention

Your preferences remain on your device until you change them, reset the App’s data, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling Zen Reversi removes all locally stored data, including your name.

7. Your Choices

• Name — edit or clear your display name at any time in the App’s Settings.
• Sound & haptics — turn ambient sound, move sounds, and haptics on or off in Settings.
• Uninstall — removing the App deletes all data it stored on your device.

8. Children’s Privacy

Zen Reversi is suitable for all ages. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, and does not require account creation. Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal information for us to access, store, or share.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
